During my term, we generated about KRW 3,000,000 in sales, more than doubling the previous level. Guided by research suggesting that eco-friendly products are more likely to be adopted when buyers pay a small but nonzero price, we sold tumblers below cost and used net profit to subsidize them, supporting both the student/local community and the environment. |

- Planned and executed one of the student council’s most successful school uniform campaigns; By architecting engagement strategies, coordinating verification for 460 participants, and managing the distribution of 230 prizes, which drove record‑high turnout and exceptionally smooth operations.
- Integrated a grievance submission feature into school cafeteria info service, transforming it from a cafeteria information provider into a governance tool. Student suggestions (and complaints) increased from 27 to 80, a 196% rise over the previous term. Using AI-based automatic categorization(been programmed), the submissions were efficiently organized with less manpower and forwarded to the school principal to help improve the school environment. |
